(1) While formulating a new plan for income generation, the feasibility study of the proposed plan, economic, technical and environmental suitability should be considered.
(2) While formulating the plan according to sub-rule (1), the committee may form a sub-committee of skilled technicians as needed.
(3) If the report submitted by the sub-committee constituted as per sub-rule (2) is deemed appropriate, the committee may give approval for the implementation of the plan.
